We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil.
This position will play a strategic and operational role in leading the commercial area, directly contributing to the growth of the business and the evolution of our product portfolio.
Management of Business Units:
Gate&Door: automation solutions for residential and industrial gates and doors
HMS – Home Management Solutions: access control, security, and smart home
Team coordination:
Business Unit coordinators
Commercial Back Office team
External sales force, organized by regions across Brazil
Export operations
Responsible for sales budget and margin analysis
Collaboration with the Research and Development (R&D) team for:
Development of new products
Continuous improvement of existing product lines
Collaboration with the Finance team for:
Monitoring sales margin
Tracking inventory levels
Active commercial support to key distributors
Direct report to the General Manager of Nice Brazil
Travel to support the commercial team across the country
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields
Proven experience in commercial positions in industrial companies
Technical knowledge of electromechanical products (integration of mechanical and electronic components)
Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
Experience in indirect distribution structures
Fluent English (mandatory) for communication with the head office in Italy and interaction with BU leaders in other Nice subsidiaries
Fluent Portuguese for local operations
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation skills, and focus on results
Willingness to travel
