Project Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our R&D team.
The ideal candidate has a solid experience in managing complex projects, with proven skills in leading teams towards success.
He/she will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Define clear project objectives and develop detailed plans to achieve them.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Continuously monitor the progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and challenges.
- Ensure the quality of work through effective management of control phases.
- Generate and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Degree in electronic engineering, management engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented and skilled in problem-solving.
