Supply Chain Manager

 Nice Brasil is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for its Limeira (SP) Office

Responsibilities

Perimeter: Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Production Planning (PCP), Procurement (PCM)

Continuous monitoring of Supply Chain KPIs to ensure optimal performance in all areas under management.

Management and optimization of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure proper resource planning and production flow.

Monitoring of Service Level for customers, aiming to maintain high service standards and punctual deliveries.

Optimization of internal and external logistics operations with a focus on cost reduction and process efficiency.

Coordination of production planning activities in collaboration with production teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of demands.

Management and optimization of procurement activities, ensuring the timely availability of required materials while maintaining effective supplier control.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector

Fluent English

Deep knowledge of Supply Chain management, including inbound and outbound logistics, production planning, and procurement.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems for resource planning and management.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor Supply Chain KPIs effectively.

Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment.

Competence in managing complexity and optimizing processes in a manufacturing environment.

Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

Proactive approach to proposing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
