Industrial Development Manager
To further drive our successful growth and integration of our industrial unit, we are looking for an Industrial Development Manager.
The role involves leading and managing innovation and improvement projects in Operations, such as manufacturing, supply chain, logistics.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and analyze opportunities for operational excellence, cost reduction and customer satisfaction;
- Develope and implement project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and standards;
- Manage projects aimed to reshape the industrial footprint of the company, including make/buy evaluations, transfers of production site and expansions projects;
- Supporting and managing projects of industrial innovation, both in the scouting and definition phase and in the implementation process;
- Support our World Class Manufacturing project rollout and implementation;
- Be the leader for the digitalization process in manufacturing;
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects.
REQUESTED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, industrial engineering, business, management, or a related field;
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex and multidisciplinary projects in operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of operational processes, systems, tools, and technologies;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to apply data-driven and lean methodologies to optimize operations;
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders;
- High level of creativity, initiative, and adaptability, and ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Availability for short business trips (up to 1 week) in Europe or America.
