Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at the Headquarter, based in Oderzo (TV).

 

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, He/She will be responsible for all projects linked to the different Business lines areas.

He/She will work on every phase troughout the life of the products and will contribute to their success by collaborating with all the major stakeholders. 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

•Visits partners regularly to develop a strong proximity with them and always aim for a better customer experience. Brings back market inputs and VOC to Global Product managers.

•Attends local or regional Trade Shows looking for industry trends and opportunities to expand product portfolio or develop partnerships. 

•Contributes to, and provides regional insights to define the requirements for new products (competitors, prices, volumes…). Validates new product requirements.

•Monitors and coordinates new products launch with Global marketing teams and local sales teams. Monitor field tests with customers, train sales teams and customers.

•Monitors overall regional product performance KPIs (including margin, service levels, NPS), as well as local promotions and pricing variations.

•Runs regional product promotional trainings and events.

•Technical background with the ability to convert customer value and needs into a product specification.

•Organizational and analytical skills to be able to make data-driven decisions.
•Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
 

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 

  • University degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least 5+ years working experience, mostly in Product Management functions, in international companies. It is preferred previous experience in B2B and\or B2C segments, preferably in durable\technology businesses
  • Good negotiation skills, motivation and commitment in achieving the results
  • Able to interact with most of the company functions, especially R&D, Operations, Sales and After Sales
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills, new ideas generator, able to work effectively in a demanding working environment
  • Great analytical skills 
  • Fluent in English, appreciated a good knowledge of a second foreign language
