Process Engineer

We are looking for a highly qualified Process Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing production processes in our company.

The Process Engineer will closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions that increase operational efficiency and product quality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing production processes to identify areas of inefficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure effective integration of new processes.
  • Conduct risk analyses and propose preventive and corrective measures.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support to resolve operational and quality issues related to production processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and relevant technological trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields).
  • Proven previous experience in process engineering, preferably in an industrial production environment.
  • Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with process analysis and modeling tools, such as flow diagrams, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead process improvement projects from conception to implementation.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to effectively solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluent in English.
